• Service Procedure - Scope of service will be determined via call/WhatsApp before home visit by our beautician/professional/crew.
• Service Duration - 30 Mins to 400 Mins depending on the service type.
• No. of Beautician - 1 to 2 Beautician (Depending on service type and the number of people availing the service).
• Minimum Order Value - The minimum order value is Rs. 499 is required to avail our salon services at home in Jamshedpur. If the order value is less than Rs.499 then an additional amount of Rs.199 will be charged.
• Beauty products and equipment brought by our beautician/professional/crew. Customers should inform the our beautician/professional about the product customization or any personalized/special requriment (charged additionally) before the home visit.
• Things to Remember - You are advised to inform our beautician/professional/crew before your home visit, if you are allergic to any specific product or have any kind of skin problem or want to customized beauty products.
• Use of Beauty Brands - We use brands like L'Oreal, Lotus, Gold, Oxy and Matrix. You can also customize the other beauty product or brand as per your requirement. The price may be change accordingly.
• Pre-Bridal Makeup - We provide separate quote for Pre-bridal makeup service as per your requirement. Contact OOTS team for Pre-Bridal makeup.
• Our beautician/professional/team should not be asked to provide services other than the specified service for which they have been booked.
• Stool, electrical connection, and water (hot/cold) should be provided by the customer.
• Please, don't pay any tip to our beautician/professional/crew apart from the finalized pricing.
• Convenience/visiting charge of Rs. 149 will be charged if you decline the service after the our beautician/professional/crew visit the customer site.
• Traveling Fee - Traveling fee apply additionally if a customer requests or avails of our service outside the Jamshedpur area. In this case, after our beautician/professional/crew has visited your site, If you accept or decline the service, in either case you will be charged a traveling fee as mentioned with convenience/visiting charge.
• Waxing Procedure - We ensure optimal hair length, avoid retinoid creams before waxing, reduce discomfort, wash and dry the area and then apply the wax application by use of skin friendly/organic products, disposable kit, one-time use strips and cloths. We use antiseptic creams, oils and gels before and after waxing. Your can avail our waxing service for full arms/underarms waxing, full body waxing, half/full legs waxing, bikini waxing, Stomach waxing etc.
• Threading Procedure - Threading is a method of removing unwanted hair by a technique whereby one end of a cotton thread is held in the mouth of the technician and the other end looped around individual hair shafts, which are then pulled out. This is repeated in quick, successive movements. We provide contact less threading for eyebrows, upper lip, and forehead.
• Threading Includes - Contact less threading, Precise shaping up of eyebrows.
• Bleach, Facial & Clean-up Procedure - Firstly prepare for bleach by washing with water, to clean the impurities and dirt from your skin/face. Before applying bleach cream directly on your skin/face, it is tested on your hand so that if any side effect or cream does not suit your skin then it should not be applied. After testing bleach cream will be applied and leave it on for approximately fifteen minutes and then wash it off with cold water.
• Bleach, Facial & Clean-up Includes - Application of non-toxic bleach, Complete detoxification for a glowing skin, Use face scrub for instant glow, Exfoliation of skin by intensive message, Healthy scrubbing and motion, Black head and white head removal, Application of de-tan cream, Toning your skin with gel or serum, Use of sunscreen with SPF, Moistening your skin before finishing.
• Dress/Saree Drapping Includes - Traditional Saree Draping, Odia Saree Draping, Bengali Saree Draping, Maharashtrian Saree Draping, Marwadi Saree Draping, Gujarati Saree Draping, South-Indian Saree Draping, Dhoti Style Drape, Belt Style Drape, Retro Style Drape and Custom Draping.
• Party-Makeup Includes - Use of Kryolan party make-up & natural ingredients/branded products, hair dressing, dress draping and focus on heavy or lite make-up as per necessity. Beauty products and equipment brought by beautician. And also includes Eyelashes and Bindi.
• Lite-Makeup Includes - Kryolan type lite make-up as per necessity, dress draping, hair dressing (such as ironing and setting), if you want a special hair style it will charge extra.
• Bridal-Makeup Includes - Use of Kryolan Makeup, best natural and organic beauty products. Perfection in base make-up with primer, concealer and foundation. Precision in highlighting, flushing and color choices. Customized make-up as per the wedding style. Saree or wedding costume drapping. Styling of hair according to requirement. Focus on heavy or light make-up as per necessity. Beauty products and equipment brought by beautician. And also includes Hair Clips, Gajra (Upto Rs. 350), Eyelashes and Bindi.
• Mehendi Service Includes - Best quality of Henna used, Innovative and unique designs, Personalized Mehendi designs, Detailed aftercare instructions and Mainten soft hands after henna application.
• Hair Service Includes - Complete hair treatment for a healthy hair. Hair cutting and straightening. Hair massage with super concentrated active ingredients. Use of natural and organic products for best hair spa and coloring.
• Manicure & Pedicure Includes - Manicure and Pedicure with shampooing and scrubbing. Use of hand and foot cream and lotion. Smooth out the tops of your nails. Whipped cutting and filling of nails. Applying desirable color and design.
• Things to Remember - No guarantee about the painful experience of both waxing and threading. Some people might experience extreme sting or they might not feel anything at all.
• Things to Remember - No guarantee on the side effects of bleaching pack/facial cream/beauty products/henna. Some people might face unease or irritation after a long time or might lead to skin rashes or allergies.

• We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the beautician/professional/crew but not handled due to customer refusal to service the same.
• Check the provided service before our beautician/professional/crew leave your home. We would not be responsible that are brought to notice further.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our beautician/professional/crew regarding any current/next/upcoming/other services. All offers, safety and service features in such cases stand null and void.
