• Pick-up Procedure - Crew will collect the items in laundry bags and will inform you about the estimated date of delivery.
• Note - Not home at the time of pick up? Leave your clothes at your neighbor’s and inform us, our crew will collect the items from them.
• Reminder - Inform our crew about delicate clothing/special needs.
• Dry Cleaning Procedure - Step 1: Spotting and stain removal - Skillfully removes spots and stains in conjunction with a number of specialized solutions. Step 2: Sorting - Sorted for cleaning by category and colour with consideration being given to the manufacturers recommended care label instructions. Step 3: Dry cleaning - Dry cleaned by using a special internationally standard clear solution which removes dirt and grease safely from the most delicate and sensitive fabrics. Step 4: Drying - Dried by using temperatures appropriate to the type of item and in conjunction with any recommendation from the manufacturer's care label instructions. Step 5: Pressing and Finishing - Pressed to give those crisp clear pleats and creases that signify a drycleaned. Step 6: Final inspection and packaging - After the final inspection of the item it is packed and goes into the delivery process.
• Hard Stains - If certain stains are hard to remove, you will be notified.
• There is no guarantee for tough dirt, stains, colors and jerry.
• If any additional items are added, a quote will be given before proceeding at time of pick-up.
• There will be pick-up & drop charge of Rs. 99 for orders less than bill amount Rs. 349 and minimum order value of Rs. 249 is required (Including all laundry categories only) for avail our laundry service.
• Pick-up time can vary up to 12 hours after the pickup order confirmation.
• Hot water/dettol/starch/customized detergent wash will be charged extra per piece. If required, please inform our crew at the time of pick-up.
• Items cannot be processed will be informed post pick-up. Damage items will be processed at customer risk (In case of any damage).
• Delivery may vary depends on unforeseen circumstances such as power failure, weather, machine breakdown etc.
• Convenience/visiting charge of Rs. 149 will be charged if you decline the service after the our crew visit the customer site.
• Traveling Fee - Traveling fee apply additionally if a customer requests or avails of our service outside the Jamshedpur area. In this case, after our staff/crew/professional has visited your site, If you accept or decline the service, in either case you will be charged a traveling fee as mentioned with convenience/visiting charge.
• Additional requirements like wrapping, packaging etc. will be charged (Rs. 29 to 99) extra. If required, please inform our crew at the time of pick-up.
• Please ensure that, there are no extra items/things in your laundry items such as documents, money, jewelry etc. before pick-up. We would not be responsible that are brought to notice further.
• Check the laundry items at the time of delivery before our staff/crew leave your site. We would not be responsible that are brought to notice further.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our staff/crew regarding any current/next/upcoming/other services. All warranty, safety and service features in such cases stand null and void.

• OOTS will not be responsible for delivery, service or other issues in case of direct request or dealing to our service partners.
• AMC/MMC - We provide separate quotes for annual/monthly maintenance contract for both residential or commercial purposes. Contact OOTS team for AMC.
