• Service Procedure - Scope of work will be determined after inspection by our professional/pest exterminator at your premises. After proper inspection, our experts will advise you on how to carry out the process for better results.
• Time Taken - 30 Mins to 400 Mins depending on the Pest Control type.
• Permissions/Requests - Allow ventilation while the sprays are used in the house and do not wipe off gel spots.
• Service Warranty - Get 25-40 days service warranty as the source of problem and according to your environment.
• AMC - This is a long-term solution, where our professionals will re-visit your premises 3 - 4 times after the 1st treatment according to the severity of the infestation to prevent re-infestation.
• Customers should inform the pest exterminator about the specific infestations before the treatment or at the time of inspection.
• Things to Remember - Customers need to keep the infested area completely dry. Do not use HIT after pest control. Wait at least 1-2 weeks for the actual result of the treatment. Keep kids and pets away from the treated place. Sealing of all the cracks and opening through which the ants enter your premises should be fixed by the customer after the treatment is done, not by us.
• Whats is Gel-bait Treatment? - The Gel-bait treatment that is known for its long-lasting effects. It continues to protect your property until the gel-bait is consumed or destroyed.
• Whats is Residual Spray Treatment? - Residual odorless spray will be sprayed in all exposed areas such as window frames, balconies, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. to reduce the infestation.
• Second and third service is not included with the first booking. Apart from AMC services you need to book it separately.
• We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the Professional/pest exterminator but not handled due to customer refusal to service the same.
• We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after service completion.
• Check the provided service before our pest exterminator/professional leave your site. We would not be responsible that are brought to notice further.
• Convenience/visiting charge of Rs. 149 will be charged if you decline the service after the our pest exterminator/professional visit the customer site.
• Traveling Fee - Traveling fee apply additionally if a customer requests or avails of our service outside the Jamshedpur area. In this case, after our pest exterminator/professional has visited your site, If you accept or decline the service, in either case you will be charged a traveling fee as mentioned with convenience/visiting charge.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our pest exterminator/professional regarding any current/next/upcoming/other services. All warranty, safety and service features in such cases stand null and void.

• Recommended - One service every 4-6 months.
• AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) - We provide separate quotes for annual maintenance service for both residential or commercial purposes. Contact OOTS team for AMC.
