• Gas Refill Procedure - We will check leakage, if no leakage is found then gas will be refilled otherwise it will be refilled after repairing. Additional service charges may be charged for this checking procedure and leakage repair.
• Refrigerator gas refilling charge may vary according to the type of gas/refrigerant (R134, R600).
• All brands of Refrigerators are repaired and serviced like: Voltas Refrigerator, LG Refrigerator, Samsung Refrigerator, Haier Refrigerator, IFB Refrigerator, Whirlpool Refrigerator, Godrej Refrigerator, Hyundai Refrigerator, Kelvinator Refrigerator, Panasonic Refrigerator, Blue Star Refrigerator, Hitachi Refrigerator, Lloyd Refrigerator etc.
• We provide a fifteen (15) days service warranty as per service provider only from the service date. Warranty (In case of repair only) covers only the issue that was resolved during initial work by our service provider/professional.
• Warranty on consumables and parts/materials will be as per manufacturer only from the service date.
• If any part/material/repair/extra/other work is required, a quote will be given separately before proceeding.
• We does not provide part/material bills. It will be separately provided by the service provider or technician or shopkeeper.
• We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.
• We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after job/service completion.
• Check the provided service before our staff/professional leave your site/place. We would not be responsible for regarding provided service that are brought to notice further.
• We do not repair Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Strongly advise for replacement of faulty PCB. No warranty in repair cases.
• Traveling Fee - If any customer avails our service from outside Jamshedpur region, an additional charge of Rs. 150/- per ten (10) kilometers will be charged as travelling fee. In both cases the travelling fee will be charged, whether you accept or decline the booked service after the our professional visit at your/customer site.
• Convenience/Visit/Inspection charge of Rs. 149/- and traveling fee (If applicable) will be charged, if you decline the booked service after the our staff/professional visit at your/customer site.
• Service charge or mentioned service charge and traveling fee (If applicable) will be charged, if you decline the booked service after the our staff/professional will carry out detailed inspection of the Refrigerator/Fridge.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our staff/professional regarding current/next/upcoming/any other services. All warranty, safety, responsibility and service features in such cases stand null and void.
• If you want to add more service in current booking or need other services then book online again or contact OOTS support team.
• Major/Critical Work - In this case, the Refrigerator will be brought to our work house, then checked and inform you with the issue and quotation. If you agree, the Refrigerator will be repaired and delivered. Transportation expenses and service charge will be charged if you reject the quotation or decline the service.
• Recommendation - The best way to get optimum performance out of your Refrigerator is to have it serviced regularly. To the minimum, get your Refrigerator Servicing twice in a year.
