• Service Procedure - Process starts with inspection and consultation where scope of work is detailed and approx. charges are informed. A quotation will be given before proceeding.
• Painting Procedure (Old Construction) - Covering furniture before painting starts. Painting starts with full sanding on wall & celling, 3 coat of putty & cover minor cracks, sanding on putty areas, 1 coat of primer, 1 or 2 coats of plastic paint with roller finish and cleaning up the stains only caused during painting.
• Painting Procedure (New Construction) - Painting starts with full sanding on wall & celling, 3 coat of putty, sanding on putty areas, 1 coat of primer, 1 or 2 coats of plastic paint with roller finish and cleaning up the stains only caused during painting.
• Paint Brands - We use/offer Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, Dulux, Nippon and more.
• Any job which is outside the scope of work such as Shifting, Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry etc. For any of these requirements you can book another service or can schedule a call back from our customer support. Our crew will not clean your premises.
• Warranty on paint and material will be as per manufacturer only.
• If any material/repair/extra/other work is required, a quote will be given separately before proceeding.
• We does not provide paint and material bills. It will be separately provided by the service provider or painter or shopkeeper.
• We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the service provider or painter but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.
• We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after job completion.
• Check the provided service before our staff/professional/painter leave your site. We would not be responsible that are brought to notice further.
• Convenience/visiting charge of Rs. 149 will be charged if you decline the service after the our professional/painter visit the customer site.
• We do not provide materials or paint, our painter/professional will ask you to provide them. If you are not able to bring that material then ask a painter/professional to bring it, in this case you will have to pay traveling allowance.
• Traveling Fee - Traveling fee apply additionally if a customer requests or avails of our service outside the Jamshedpur area. In this case, after our professional/painter has visited your site, If you accept or decline the service, in either case you will be charged a traveling fee as mentioned with convenience/visiting charge.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our staff/professional/painter regarding any current/next/upcoming/other services. All offers, safety and service features in such cases stand null and void.
