• Tap Fitting or Installation – Removal of the spoilt tap & fixing a new one.
• Tap Repair - Check for leakages or any other malfunction and replace old washers/spindles if required.
• Wash Basin Fitting or Installation - Removal of the spoilt wash basin & fixing a new one.
• Wash Basin Uninstallation – Removal of the wash basin from the existing spot.
• Wash Basin Repair - The work will be carried out after inspection by our Plumber at your premises.
• Sink Fitting or Installation – Fixing a new sink with or without drain board, sealing edges with white cement and connecting the drain pipe to the outlet point.
• Kitchen Sink Replacement - Removal of old sink, replacing it with or without drain board sealing edges with white cement & connecting the drain pipe to the outlet point.
• Kitchen Sink Repair - The work will be carried out after inspection by our Plumber at your premises.
• Clearing the block or stopping the leakage by addressing the reason for the same.
• Western Toilet Fitting/Installation – Installing a new western commode at the given outlet.
• Western Toilet Removal – Removal of Western Toilet from existing point.
• Western Toilet Seat Cover Sitting – Replacing old/broken ones with new ones, tightening all the nuts.
• Flush Tank (Open) Installation – Removing old flush tank & replacing it with a new one, connecting the same to the commode.
• Flush Tank Repair - The work will be carried out after inspection by our Plumber at your premises.
• Toilet Jet (Health Faucet) Installation - Fixing the health faucet connection pipe & gun to the angle cock.
• Shower Fitting or Installation - Installation of Shower head or Telephonic shower.
• Shower Repair – The work will be carried out after inspection by our Plumber at your premises.
• We provides a fifteen (15) days service warranty. Warranty (on repair case only) covers only the issue that was resolved during initial task by us.
• Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer only.
• Any parts that require replacement will be extra, based on actuals.
• If any material/repair/extra/other work is required, a quote will be given separately before proceeding.
• We do not provide materials or parts or products, our plumber will ask you to provide them if necessary. If you are not able to bring that material then ask a plumber to bring it, in this case you will have to pay traveling allowance.
• We do not provide material bills. It will be separately provided by the service provider or plumber or shopkeepers.
• We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the plumber but not handled due to customer refusal to repair or service the same.
• We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after job completion.
• Check the provided service before our staff/professional leave your site. We would not be responsible that are brought to notice further.
• Convenience/visiting charge of Rs. 149 will be charged if you decline the service after the our plumber visit the customer site.
• Service charge or mentioned service charge will be charged if our plumber will be inspect the issue/pipeline/equipment/machine by detailing or dismantling it.
• Traveling Fee - Traveling fee apply additionally if a customer requests or avails of our service outside the Jamshedpur area. In this case, after our staff/professional has visited your site, If you accept or decline the service, in either case you will be charged a traveling fee as mentioned with convenience/visiting charge.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our staff/professional regarding any current/next/upcoming/other services. All warranty, safety and service features in such cases stand null and void.
