Read Carefully

• The scope of work will be determined after inspection by our professional/carpenter.
• We provides a fifteen (15) days service warranty. Warranty (on repair case only) covers only the issue that was resolved during initial task by us.
• Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer only.
• Any materials/parts that require replacement will be extra, based on actuals.
• If any material/repair/extra/other work is required, a quote will be given separately before proceeding.
• We do not provide materials or parts or products, our carpenter will ask you to provide them if necessary. If you are not able to bring that material then ask a carpenter to bring it, in this case you will have to pay traveling allowance.
• We do not provide material bills. It will be separately provided by the service provider or carpenter or shopkeepers.
• We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the our professional/carpenter but not handled due to customer refusal to repair or service the same.
• We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts that are brought to notice after job/service completion.
• Check the provided service before our professional/carpenter leave your site. We would not be responsible that are brought to notice further.
• Convenience/visiting charge of Rs. 149 will be charged if you decline the service after the our professional/carpenter visit the customer site.
• Traveling Fee - Traveling fee apply additionally if a customer requests or avails of our service outside the Jamshedpur area. In this case, after our professional/carpenter has visited your site, If you accept or decline the service, in either case you will be charged a traveling fee as mentioned with convenience/visiting charge.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our professional/carpenter regarding any current/next/upcoming/other services. All warranty, safety and service features in such cases stand null and void.
