• Service Procedure - Scope of work/issue will be determined after inspection by our technician at your premise, if there is issue that can be solved/repair/replacement at your premise then it will be done, otherwise computer/desktop/kit/part will be brought to our service partner's work station for inspection, a quote will be provide and once approved by you, it will be repaired/fixed and delivered to you. In case, if quote will be declined then, service charge is applicable and may be travelling allowance apply.
• Software Installation - If you wish to install any software such as OS, Antivirus, Ms-Office etc., provide the license key to the our technician.
• Slow/Hanging Issue - Scope of work/issue will be determined after inspection by our technician at your premise.
• Data Backup - Additional charges will apply. Depending on the size of memory/storage space.
• Data Recovery - Additional charges will apply. Depending on the status of device/HHD/SSD.
• Hardware Warranty - Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer only.
• We provides a fifteen (15) days service warranty. Warranty (on repair case only) covers only the issue that was resolved during initial task by us.
• If any material/repair/extra/other work is required, a quote will be given separately before proceeding.
• We do not provide material bills. It will be separately provided by the service provider or professional or shopkeepers.
• We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.
• We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after job completion.
• Check the provided service before our staff/professional leave your site. We would not be responsible that are brought to notice further.
• We do not repair Printed Circuit Board (PCB) or motherboard. Strongly advise for replacement of faulty PCB or motherboard. No warranty in repair cases.
• Convenience/visiting charge of Rs. 149 will be charged if you decline the service after the our professional visit the customer site.
• Service charge or mentioned service charge will be charged if our professional will be inspect the computer/desktop by dismantling it.
• Traveling Fee - Traveling fee apply additionally if a customer requests or avails of our service outside the Jamshedpur area. In this case, after our professional has visited your site, If you accept or decline the service, in either case you will be charged a traveling fee as mentioned with convenience/visiting charge.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our staff/professional regarding any current/next/upcoming/other services. All warranty, safety and service features in such cases stand null and void.

• Recommendation - The best way to get optimum performance out of your computer is to have it serviced regularly. To the minimum, get your computer serviced once in a year.
