You may provide services through our website “www.oots.in” (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) or our mobile application for Android® and iOS® ("OOTS" App), hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform” is owned, operated, and managed by "Online On Time Service" (Firm). Our Website and App have been created to provide information about our company and services to the visitors, user of services and service provider, whether accessible to you via web, mobile App, offline or other platform (our services, together with the Site, are the "Services").
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, the term 'OOTS' or 'Us' or 'We' or ‘Company’ refers to "Online On Time Service" (Firm). The term 'You' or ‘Your’ refers to the service partner or vendor or viewer of our Website and App.
Your access to and provide any of the Services by us, including but not limited to, Electrical, Plumbing, Computer Repair, Laundry, Carpentry etc., is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and conditions. These Terms and conditions apply to who access, download, register and use OOTS website/application as vendors or service partners. By accessing, downloading or using the OOTS website/application you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access website/application.
(Note: In terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, this document is an electronic record. Being generated by a computer system it does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of online software under the name of ‘OOTS’ including mobile applications for Android® and iOS® (hereinafter “Service/Services”).
Definitions
- “Content” refers to any text, image, graphic, video, audio, or all forms of data which are made available on the Platform.
- “Registration Data” refers to the mandatory and optional data that is submitted by Users or vendors or service partners to use the Platform or avail the Services or provide service through us.
- “Terms”, “Terms and conditions”, “Policy”, etc., shall mean the entire Terms of Use and all parallel policies that apply for the use of our Platform or availing our Services or provide service through us.
- “Third Party” refers to the “advertisers” or “affiliate partners” or “strategic partners” or “others”.
- “User” refers to the “Customer” or “Service Users”.
- “Service Provider” or ‘’Service Man’’ or ‘’Service Partner’’ refers to ‘’Vendor’’ or ‘Service Partner’ making available their services through the Platform.
- “Vendor Content” refers to the content made available by the Vendor through the Platform.
- “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “OOTS”, “Company” shall mean the Firm/Company i.e. "Online On Time Service" (Firm).
- “You”, “Your”, ‘’Vendor’’, “Service Partner” refers to the natural or legal person who has gained access to the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering on the Platform. The term shall also refer to any person visiting, accessing, browsing, placing an order through, or otherwise availing Services or provide service through the Platform.
Acceptance Of Terms
These Terms of Use set forth legally binding terms for your use of our Platforms for provide the service. By using, visit, accessing our platforms, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use, whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply browse our Platforms) or you are a “Subscriber” (which means that you have registered with “OOTS” as a user/customer/vendor). If you do not accept the Terms of Use, you should leave the Website and/or App and discontinue use of the Service immediately.
"Online On Time Service" (Firm) reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, delete or replace the terms and conditions or any other policies at any time, with or without prior notice to the user or customer or vendor. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We ensure our sincere effort to bring the changes via mail and application to accept the changes. We request the user or customer or vendor to visit the policies and terms & conditions at a certain frequency to update the same. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service or provide service through us.
General Registration Requirements
- In consideration of your use of our platforms, you represent that you are of legal age (18 years and above) to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under any law in force in India or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and other details while registering on our Website and App to avail the Services or provide service through us.
- Maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
- If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our Website and App (or any portion thereof) at any time. OOTS will not be liable for any act or omission arising from the inaccurate information provided by you to us.

- You will be required to enter a valid phone number while registering on our Website and App as a subscriber. By registering your phone number with us, you consent to be contacted by us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any subscription/service updates. If we do so, each communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to "opt-out" of receiving future communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below. If you are registered with the DND National registry you may not receive any promotional messages from us.
Account / Password Protection
- If you register on our website/app, you will be required to choose a password and email/user name. Users or vendors or service partners is solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under the password or account. OOTS has no control and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom over the use of any user’s account. If the user is suspicious about the activities under the account or breach of account, the User shall promptly contact OOTS. You agree to:
- Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.
- Never use any other Subscriber’s account without prior authorization from OOTS.
- OOTS will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.
User Obligations
You are a restricted user of this Platform:
- You are not obligated to cut, copy, distribute, modify, remodel, distribute, broadcast, post, publish or create derivative works of, any information obtained from the Platform. For the avoidance of doubt, it has been clarified that unlimited or bulk reproduction, copying of content for commercial or non-commercial purposes and improper modification of data and information within the content of the platform is not permitted.
- You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Platform and / or Content or Services through any means other than through the interface provided by the Platform. Deep-link, robot, spider or other automated device, program, algorithm or function, or similar or similar, to access, receive, copy or monitor any part of the Platform or Content or reproduce in any way Use of equivalent manual procedure. - Endangering the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or inciting the commission of a cognizable offense or preventing the investigation of a crime or insulting another nation.
- The User shall not:
- Abuse, harassment, intimidation, slander, disillusionment, slander, revocation, degradation, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
- Engage in any activity that impedes or impedes access to the platform or servers and networks that are connected to the platform.
- Misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity, or false state or otherwise with any person or entity.
- Upload, distribute, or otherwise make available content that contains viruses, contaminated material, or any software or program that may harm the operation of the Platform or any other operation of the Platform.
- Do not investigate, scan, or test the platform or any network connected to the platform, nor violate security or authentication measures on the platform or any network connected to the platform. To harass, abuse or harm another person, or to use any information obtained from the Platform to contact, advertise, advertise or sell any other person without contacting us. OOTS expressly discloses all responsibility for such third party links. We do not warrant the accuracy of the products or offerings of these businesses or individuals, or the content of their websites. OOTS assumes no responsibility or liability for the functions, product and content of any such third party website. Before using any third party websites, you should review the terms of use and policies for such websites. If you decide to use such a linked website, you do so at your own risk.
Communications
- By using this Platform, it is deemed that you have consented to receiving calls, autodialed and/or pre-recorded message calls, text messages, videos, images, and other data from us, and/or customer at any time, on the contact information that has been provided by you as part of Registration Data or otherwise.
- In the event you provide service through us, we may send confirmation, cancellation, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction, via SMS, Chat, or by voice call on the contact number provided by you or through information about you received from other parties. This consent to be contacted is for purposes that include but are not limited to clarification calls and marketing and promotional calls.
- You may also be contacted by customer with whom we have entered into a contract in furtherance of our rights, duties and obligations under this document, and all other policies followed by us. The sharing of the information provided by you is governed by the Privacy Policy. You hereby unconditionally consent that such communications via SMS, Chat and/ or voice call is (a) upon your request and authorization, (b) ‘transactional’ and not an ‘unsolicited commercial communication’ as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI) and (c) in compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India.
- You hereby agree and undertake to indemnify us against all types of losses and damages incurred by us due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous compliant raised by you against us with respect to the intimations mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email id being provided by you for any reason whatsoever.
Intellectual Property Rights
- The OOTS app and website are owned by OOTS and managed under the Copyright Act. All aspects of the OOTS website and application, such as images including design, transaction flow, look and feel, content, graphics and logos, are protected under the Copyright Act. You acknowledge that any underlying technology or software used in connection with the Services and the Services contains proprietary information of the Company.
- Many proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks are found on this platform, whether they are owned by the company or belong to another third party. By displaying them on the platform, the company is not granting you any license to use proprietary logos, service marks or trademarks.
- From time to time, the company may post comments or articles on the platform. These articles are the intellectual property of the company and you are prohibited from posting, reproducing, publishing, revising or editing such articles. In this event you have a problem with any article, so you can report through the mail itself and we can look into it. We are not obliged to remove such articles and the final decision rests with us.
- We are not liable to you in any way, including but not limited to any harm you may incur from the activities involved, including our negligence, breach of contract, intellectual property breach, breach of laws, etc.
- We allow you to use the aforesaid content in accordance with these terms and do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you based on your permission to use the services. You may print, download and store information from the Platform for your own convenience, but you may not copy, distribute, republish, sell, or exploit any Content for any commercial benefit or the entire or Can be partially exploited. Rate Card
Rate card is prepared by our team according to standard market price and includes only labor charge of one unit service. In rate card not included cost of spare parts or any materials and taxes. Service tax or GST is dependent on Users or vendors or service partners.
Labor Charge / Service Charge
General terms and conditions for services: appliances repair and service, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, laundry, salon at home, computer repair, router, cctv service, vehicle service, painting, pest control, packers & movers, pandit service, insurance agent service, legal filing:
- The vendor must follow the rate card for labor charge or service charge.
- Minimum service charge for any finished order or service is RS. 199.00.
- Visit or inspection charge for any particular order or service is RS. 149.00.
- Any service provider can’t collect bill amount without complete or finished the service or order.
- If any order or service failed due to failure of service partner or service man then, not applicable any type of service or visit or inspection charge or bill on that failed order or service.
- System generated bills are based on rate card, but according to service requirement or extra labor hours you can adjust system generated bill.
- Service partner or service man can create bill on her/his billing pad according to rate card or system generated bill and upload at time of adjustment of system generated bill.
- You have to inspect the requirement and extra labor time before starting customer service or order, then inform about the final service charge as per inspection. If the customer agrees to that bid then you will provide your service.
- If consumables and parts will be used, then provide material bills separately to customer as per manufacturer and properly mention warranty or guarantee related details on material bill.
- In the case, if the customer denies service after inspection, you will only charge the visit charge from the customer, and also adjust the system generated bill according to the visit charge.
- In case, customer not pay bill or service charge, "Online On Time Service (Firm)" does not take any liability to make payment on his/her behalf. Company does not take any responsibility of the payment from the customer. But there is a provision that, customer has to pay cancel/visiting /Inspection Charge to the company, if customer will pay that amount, then service provider will be get that amount, Within 48 hours of receiving charge from the customer.
- The service charge or bill payable by customer to service provider is not inclusive of the cost of spare parts or materials, if any required to undertake and complete the requested services and such cost will be borne by service provider this bill will not include in system generated bill. Service provider has to give the bill of spare parts or materials to the customer, there will be no any online bill for the spare parts and material. This is service provider’s responsibility to take the amount of spare parts or materials bills from the customer.
- GST not included in Service charge of rate cart. If any service provider applicable or registered in GST then, they can add GST charges in system generated bill at the time of adjustment. In this case service partner must need to create bill on his/her billing pad according system generated bill and GSTIN and service partner related information must written on that billing pad.
Service Delivery
- General service delivery terms and conditions for our all registered service providers:
- After accept the service/job, our service partner should call to customer for further or details information about request service.
- Strictly advice to service partner be punctual, well behave and reach customer premise on given date and period.
- Any service provider can’t collect bill amount without complete or finished the service or order.
- Follow the system work flow (website / app) from accepting the service to completing the service. You can know flow of system or how to operate from our YouTube video or contact us to helpline number.
- Service provider need to get PIN from the customer and verify into system before start any service or inspection, because without PIN verification you can’t do further process in system. If PIN verify successfully then, status for service partner and customer change into In-progress.
- PIN is available for security purpose for both service partner and customer.
- You have to inspect the requirement and extra labor time before starting customer service, then inform about the final service charge as per inspection. If the customer agrees to that bid then you will provide your service.
- Service partner adjust system generated bill, also create bill on his/her billing pad and upload in website/app, if any order or service finished. Service is finished that means service partner complete the service or order requirement.
- Service partner or service provider can’t cancel job/order or can’t request for job cancellation to us on service date of any order. Service partner or service provider can cancel job/order or can request for job cancellation to us before 24 hours (One day) from service date of any order.
- In case of uncompleted order/work/job, service provider must complete the order/work/job under 48 hour, if any complain registered by user or customer related to uncompleted order/work/job to us. If they can’t then, you should refund the total service charge (visiting change) to user or customer.
- If any order or service failed due to failure of service partner or service man then, not applicable any type of service or visit or inspection charge or bill on that failed order or service.
- We strongly discourage direct dealing with our customers regarding a service booked through OOTS. Otherwise you will be suspended or penalized or terminated from the vendor-ship.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered computer repair service partner:
- Procedure - The issue will be determined after inspection by the service partner at the customer's premises, if there is an issue that can be resolved at the customer's premises, then solved it. Otherwise Computer will be picked up and inspected at service partner’s service station, provide a quotation and after approved by customer then fix the issue and do home delivery. If the customer has denied the quotation, deliver the product safely without fixing issues to the customer and only charge the minimum service fee/charge.
- Provide seven days warranty (excluding if any spare part or material is needed) as rework. Warranty covers only the issue that was resolved by you during initial task (If the same issue arises again within seven days).
- Hardware - Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer only.
- You or service provider will be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of that are brought to notice during job or after job completion.
- Software Installation - You can only install genuine software which have license key.
- You or registered service provider must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered carpentry service partner:
- Procedure - Before starting the service, if any additional work is required or additional charges apply, a quote will be given before proceeding. If the customer refuses the quotation, then only charge the visiting service fee/charge from the customer.
- Provide seven days warranty (excluding if any spare part or material is needed) as rework. Warranty covers only the issue that was resolved by you during initial task (If the same issue arises again within seven days).
- You or service provider will be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of that are brought to notice during job or after job completion.
- You or registered service provider must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered cctv service partner:
- Procedure - Before starting the service, if any additional work is required or additional charges apply, a quote will be given before proceeding. If the customer refuses the quotation, then only charge the visiting service fee/charge from the customer.
- Provide seven days warranty (excluding if any spare part or material is needed) as rework. Warranty covers only the issue that was resolved by you during initial task (If the same issue arises again within seven days).
- You or service provider will be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of that are brought to notice during job or after job completion.
- You or registered service provider must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered electrical service partner:
- Procedure - Before starting the service, if any additional work is required or additional charges apply, a quote will be given before proceeding. If the customer refuses the quotation, then only charge the visiting service fee/charge from the customer.
- Provide seven days warranty (excluding if any spare part or material is needed) as rework. Warranty covers only the issue that was resolved by you during initial task (If the same issue arises again within seven days).
- You or service provider will be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of that are brought to notice during job or after job completion.
- You or registered service provider must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered insurance agent service partner:
- Procedure - Insurance Plan: All plans and details will be informed by you or insurance agent to the customer at the meeting.
- You have to fulfill your responsibilities as an insurance agent to the customer or client like problem solving, quick reply, notification or work related to insurance premium etc.
- You or service provider will be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of that are brought to notice during meeting or after meeting completion.
- You or registered service provider or insurance agent must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered laundry service partner:
- Procedure – When your crew will collect the laundry in laundry bags from customer premises then, at a time give him/her acknowledgement/bill with total service charge, number of cloths, laundry type, pickup date, delivery date, order Id (oots.in), customer details, service provider details, bill number or invoice number etc.
- Procedure – At time when your crew will collect the laundry, you should be inspect the extra work or laundry, if any extra charge applicable, a quotation will be given before proceeding. If the customer has denied the quotation, then only charge the visiting service fee/charge.
- There will be pick up charge of Rs. 60/- for orders less than bill amount Rs. 299/-
- Laundry should be delivered on time to customer premises.
- You or service provider will be responsible for any damage or missing cloth.
- You or registered service provider must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered legal filing service partner:
- Procedure – When your crew will collect the documents copies from customer premises then, at a time give him/her acknowledgement or bill with total service charge, order Id (oots.in), service details, customer details, service provider details, bill number or invoice number etc.
- At the time of collection of copies of documents from the customer premises, take or fill all necessary forms, signatures, thumb expressions, photographs etc.
- Deed, certificate or any type of prepared legal documents should be delivered on time to customer premises.
- You or service provider will be responsible for any damage or missing documents copies.
- You or registered service provider must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered movers and packers service partner:
- Procedure – The process will begin with inspection and consultation where scope of work is detailed and approx. charges will be informed. Give a quotation before proceeding or before starting service. If the customer refuses the quotation, then only charge the visiting service fee/charge from the customer.
- You or service provider will be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of that are brought to notice during the service or after service completion.
- You or registered service provider must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered painting service partner:
- Procedure - The process will begin with inspection and consultation where scope of work is detailed and approx. charges will be informed. Give a quotation before proceeding or before starting service. If the customer refuses the quotation, then only charge the visiting service fee/charge from the customer.
- Painting procedure should be starts with 1 round of touch-up putty & primer and 1 or 2 coats of painting with roller finish, minor cracks, if any, will also be covered.
- You or service provider will be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of that are brought to notice during the service or after service completion.
- You or registered service provider must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered pandit/puja service partner:
- Procedure - The process will begin with inspection and consultation where scope of work is detailed. Will be informed if any additional charge applicable and give a quotation before proceeding or before starting service. If the customer refuses the quotation, then only charge the visiting service fee/charge from the customer.
- Listed service rates include Dakshina and Pooja Samagri.
- You or service provider have to provide high quality pooja samagris to ensure a pleasant Pooja experience to customer.
- The Puja will have to be done according to Thithi, Gotra, Language, and Veda.
- You or service provider will be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of that are brought to notice during the service or after service completion.
- You or registered service provider must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered pest control service partner:
- Procedure - The process will begin with inspection and consultation where scope of work is detailed. Will be informed if any additional charge applicable and give a quotation before proceeding or before starting service. If the customer refuses the quotation, then only charge the visiting service fee/charge from the customer.
- Do customized treatment for infested areas.
- Spray treatment should be carried out with eco-friendly chemical.
- Service should be completed within 400 Minutes.
- You or service provider will be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of that are brought to notice during the service or after service completion.
- You or registered service provider must be follow service description, service instruction and service rate which is listed in our official website or app. So kindly check it according to your service.
- Service delivery terms and conditions for our registered plumbing service partner:

- Provide seven days warranty (excluding if any spare part or material is needed) as rework. Warranty covers only the issue that was resolved by you during initial task (If the same issue arises again within seven days).

Accept Payment Mode
Customer can pay through any mode of payments. Either through Digitally (UPI) or by cash. Service provider cannot object on that. If any service partner or vendor don’t have UPI Id, then they should be create it for accept the payment.
Service Warranty / Re-Work / Refund
- Those service partners are related to these services - electrical service, appliances repair, computer repair, router service, cctv service, bike repair, they should give one time rework warranty without any additional service charge on repair related work up to seven (07) days form service delivery date.
- In case of rework, service provider must resolve the problem under 48 hour. If they can’t then, you should refund the total service charge to customer.
- Warranty is only applicable for these services - electrical service, appliances repair, computer repair, router service, cctv service, bike repair, only (Not on any spare parts or materials).
Service / Job Cancellation
- Service provider cannot cancel any accepted service or job.
- If Service provider wants to cancel any accepted service then, contact our service executive.
- If they cancels any accepted service or job then, the vendor will be suspended (up to 15 days) or penalized (up to 200 coins/Job) for cancellation of service. And may be terminated from vendor-ship.
Account Suspension And Penalty
- Suspension and Penalty:
- All incoming service or job will be suspended for up to 15 days.
- 200 coins penalty fee against each job cancellation.
- Cause of Suspension and Penalty:
- If service provider cancels any accepted service or job.
- If the vendor does not deliver the service to customer on service date of any accepted Job (If service not cancelled by you).
- If service partner or service provider cancel the job/order or request for job cancellation to us on service date of any order. (Apply T&C)
- If leave the service forever without completing the service or order.
- If service partner or service provider don’t follow workflow of website/app system, from accepting the service to completing the service.
- If any negligence in making or adjusting service charge bill, ignoring rate card charges, charging extra without doing extra work etc.
- If we receive complaints about the service partner or service provider such as poor service, mistreatment of customers, bill disturbances etc. and after investigation is found to be true.
Service Partnership Termination
- If the service partner or service provider is found directly or indirectly in any type of Illegal activity, his/her Service Partnership or vendor-ship will be canceled.
- If we receive complaints about the service provider such as poor service, mistreatment of customers, bill disturbances etc. and after investigation is found to be true, then that service provider will be suspended / penalized. And if his complaints have not stopped coming even after being suspended / punished, his Service Partnership or vendor-ship can be canceled.
- If serviceman or professional don’t carry an identity card or Aadhar card issued by service partner or Indian government respectively, which will have photograph, full name, address, date of birth etc. during service providing through us then, his/her Service Partnership or vendor-ship will be canceled.
- If serviceman or professional don’t carry or wear provided accessories from us during service providing only through us then, his/her Service Partnership or vendor-ship will be canceled.
- If vendor violates or don’t follow rate card (with instructions), Rework T&C or policies, vendor’s T&C or policies, our instruction or training and don’t follow workflow of website/app system from accepting the service to completing the service then, his/her Service Partnership or vendor-ship will be canceled.
- In case of rework, service provider must resolve the problem under 48 hour. If they can’t then, you should refund the total service charge to customer. If not do rework and not refund service charge to customer then, his/her Service Partnership or vendor-ship will be canceled.
- If leave the service forever without completing the service or order, then that service partner or service provider will be suspended / penalized. If the service partner or service provider makes the same mistake again, his/her Service Partnership or vendor-ship will terminated.
Inform To Service Provider (T&C)
- We do document verification, legal paper work with background verification of every service providers during the on-boarding process to ensure the safety and security of customers or client.
- Service provider can provide services through us only between 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
- If any service partner or vendor don’t have UPI Id, then they shout create it for accept the payment.
- All serviceman or professional need to carry an identity card or Aadhar card issued by service partner or Indian government respectively, which will have photograph, full name, address, date of birth etc. And also should carry or wear provided accessories from us during service providing only through us.
- Follow the system work flow (website / app) from accepting the service to completing the service. You can know flow of system or how to operate from our YouTube video or contact us to helpline number.
- If having any enquire, complain or need service related support then, Contact us on given helpline or support number.
Account Deactivation
We provide account deactivation feature on dashboard to our registered service partner or vendor. If our registered service partner or vendor want to deactivate his/her account, then he/she can do it. After account deactivation service partner or vendor can’t access her/his account. Any type of claim, complains, refund etc. to us by service partner or vendor after account deactivation is not application or valid null. But any type of claim, complaints, refund etc. to you by user or customer after account deactivation will be application or valid. In future service partner or vendor wants to re active his/her account then, Contact us on given helpline or support number.
Refill Plan
- According to purchased refill plan, we provide service, job etc. according to customer service request to our registered service partners.
- All details about refill plan is clearly mentions in refill plan details.
- Without any refill plan we not provide any kind of service or job to our service partner.
- Available separate and many refill plan for our professional service partners and business related service partners.
- Purchased refill plan amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Purchased coin’s amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Contact your bank’s help support first in case amount deducted on unsuccessful payment, payment failed, payment error etc. these kind of issue not come under.
- If any error or issue arise against purchased refill or coins after successfully payment or without any payment error, then you can register a complaint against that, and our team will register the complaint and share the complaint number within 48 hours via mail/text message. User will receive the final status of the issue within seven (07) working days via e-mail/text message. Our team will try to short out this problem. If any refund amount is generated against resisted complain, after approved by OOTS grievance officer, refund amount will be credited to service partners account within 48 business hours (excluding holidays), after final status of registered complain.
- OOTS team reserves the right to decline any complain or claim or disputes, which is registered or not registered by service partners or service providers.
- The issue solving will be processed by gathering information from our system, payment gateway, bank etc.

- Your requirements will be met or that services provided will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

- Vendors will respond to your orders.
- The vendors displayed to you, curated or otherwise, will be accurate or updated.
- The services will be provided to you as per the schedule displayed.
- Any errors or defects in the platform, services, or other materials, will be corrected.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will have no liability related to user content or vendor content arising under intellectual property rights, libel, privacy, publicity, obscenity or other laws. The company also disclaims all liability with respect to the misuse, loss, modification or unavailability of any user content.
- The user understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the platform is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for such actions.
