Lifestyle can help us to fight against Covid-19 and upcoming Covid-19 third wave.

As a new update of coronavirus, we have broken the chain of second wave of covid-19. But it's not over yet, if third wave of Covid-19 comes we have to be ready to fight. According to WHO, our lifestyle also plays a major role in prevention of covid-19.

Whenever covid-19 virus attacks in India many things get clear about our health and our lifestyle in mind. We all know the immunity of our body is a main tool to prevent or fight against coronavirus. But your immunity does not depend on what you eat, rather it's more important about your lifestyle than how you live. It includes what we do in a day not only mentally, emotionally as well.

You can include these things into your lifestyle so that your lifestyle can help you fight against covid-19 and the upcoming covid-19 third wave.

Daily Morning Routine :

» After waking up in the morning, drink 1 to 2 glasses of potable warm water. This is the best cough or cold.
» Oil-Pulling : Oil pulling helps to improve the sense of testing.

» Yoga and exercise sessions it provides lot of oxygen to our lungs and also boost your immunity.

These foods like: Papaya, Garlic, Green Tea, Broccoli, Ginger, Spinach, Citrus Fruits, Apples etc. directly boost our immunity and also increase our white blood cells which are responsible for our immune system.

Try To Avoid :

» Avoid packed food, refrigerated food, fried food etc. It can weaken your immunity. You must prefer fresh home cooked food.
